Melissa works both on and behind the scenes, keeping all of the data and documentation moving and on track with attention to timelines, accuracy, and team/client communication. Melissa assists in complex aircraft purchase, sale and financing transactions. Her primary focus is working with attorneys, clients and escrow agents to coordinate the documentation necessary for transactions, including title searches and aircraft registration.
Melissa also organizes the aircraft closings for transactions. She works with business entity formation, aircraft transaction due diligence, FAA and International Registry filings and aircraft registration for non-U.S. citizens. Outside of work, Melissa is likely spending time at her lake home with her family and friends. She is an animal lover, with two dogs herself. She has volunteered when she can to foster puppies for a local dog rescue.
