Melissa assists in complex aircraft purchase, sale and financing transactions. Her primary focus is working with attorneys, clients and escrow agents to coordinate the documentation necessary for transactions, including title searches and aircraft registration.

Melissa also organizes the aircraft closings for transactions. She works with business entity formation, aircraft transaction due diligence, FAA and International Registry filings and aircraft registration for non-U.S. citizens.
